I've been happy with LitterMaid for a number of years now, and this product is no exception. I find - as with anything - you must take care of your product, but it has served me and my pets in a reliable, consistent manner. If you assess your needs, and take care to keep the product in a decent/clean manner, I would expect you to have a worry-free experience and would guess you would be as pleased as my family has been with the multiple products acquired over the years.
