Beautiful to look at and i love the easy to glide shelves.However, what a disappointment.I made the mistake of assuming it would be a better quality since it cost so much more than the competition. WRONG! Inside glass shattered first time i cleaned it. i bought 3 year warranty and basically useless.Takes a minimum of 20 min to preheat. broiler takes a minumum of 20 min to get food lightly browned.
