Accolade Floor Sealer, 1gal Bottle Review

I needed some sort of sealer and finish for the VCT (vinyl composite tile) that I installed in my shop. Home Depot and Lowes carried nothing even close and the best I could get was a sealer... no finish. So as usual I decided to take a look online and see what options I had and Franklin's Accolade sealer/finish popped up as one of the best choices.

Applying the product was super easy. Just clean the surface really well and apply a little bit with a mop and let dry. Apply 3-4 coats and you're done! The finished coat is amazingly resilient to scuffs and abrasions.

Cleaning the surface after applying the sealer/finish is a whole lot easier and nicer, really makes cleaning up spills and messes easier.

Definitely a commercial quality product and couldn't be happier.

Pros:
Easy to apply.
Hard as nails finish.
Resists scuffs and stains really well.
One product sealer/finish that works supremely well.

Cons:
Seems to be hard to find locally, at least in my area. So this really isn't a con on the product just a word of warning if you are trying to find it locally.
