Originally, I purchased the Monster 1200 via their website. After seeing the infomercial several times and the wonders it did on hardwood floors, I was hooked! When I purchased the steamer, I also received the bonus bottle of cleaning solution, a window/mirror squeegy and floor mopping attachment. WHAT A JOKE! (As a previous review stated) the bottle ran out within minutes. The squeegy leaves streaks. The floor attachment leaks steam - it burnt me twice. What's more, the steamer spews hot water before it actually emits steam! This products does not steam fabric wrinkles as advertised (not even sheer curtains)! IT STEAMS...that's it. It does make cleaning gunk and hard-to-reach placed easier, but there are cheaper and SAFER products out there that do the same thing! BOTTOM LINE: Not worth the cost and does not meet my expectations. I gave it 3 stars because I did actually use it regularly...until it was dropped yesterday and stopped working.
