Royal Carpet Extractor Review

I recently bought this to replace a Bissell Pro Heat 2X.I think my Bissel might have been a lemon, but I was unhappy ehough with it that I changed brands.I really like my new Royal.Very smooth, gets the carpet dryer than the Bissell did.I like the options for turning the soap and/or brushes off.My Royal's first job was a soapless clean to remove the chemical dumped in my living room by my Bissell.Talked to a vacuum sales rep after I bought it, he also says this is a fabulous machine, low failure rate.Fairly easy to clean- I do wish it had a place to keep the caps so I can let the tanks dry in the closet.I liked all the extra hand tools (one a rotating brush) on the Bissell, but overall this is a far better machine.
