I purchased this product to clean the grout around my marble tiles in the bathroom.The product is described as safe and gentle, with no harsh chemicals on this website.I recieved the product with a warning (I've uploaded an image of it) stating the product is a HEAVY DUTY ACID and it also states NOT FOR USE ON POLISHED MARBLE.This product will indeed damage the finish on any polished marble.I could not use the product so I e-mailed the seller and it took them a week to reply and they said I should return it for refund, but that they won't refund any shipping costs (despite the fact that the product is misrepresented).I shipped the product back to the address Amazon had listed for them under "returns" and a week later it came back to me undeliverable because they had moved.I've now spent more on shipping and return shipping than the product is worth.
